What we build and fix

Our main services are roof replacement and roof repair, for homeowners and for businesses. We work on asphalt shingle, tile, metal and flat or low-slope roofs.

  • Roof repair: leaks, damaged shingles, cracked or displaced tiles, flashing problems and leaks around vents, pipes, skylights and HVAC equipment.
Storm-damaged shingle roof with debris before repair
  • Storm damage repair: shingles loosened by wind, displaced tiles, damaged flashing and openings around roof penetrations.
Infinity Roofers roofer installing a new shingle roof

  • Commercial roof repair: TPO and EPDM membranes, seam separation, punctures, ponding water and drainage problems.

Every job starts with an inspection of your roof, so the estimate describes what is actually up there. The full list, with what each service covers, is on our roofing services page.

How a project with us runs

Step 1: an Infinity Roofers estimator inspects the home and plans the roof work
  1. Inspect and plan. We ask what you want from the roof, inspect it, and give you a detailed written estimate with project photos, a timeline and material options.
Step 2: an Infinity Roofers crew installs the new roof
  1. Agree in writing. The scope, price, materials, payment schedule and project schedule go into a written agreement before work starts, as California’s home-improvement contract rules require.
Infinity Roofers inspector checking a pipe flashing on a flat roof
  1. Do the work, change nothing silently. If opening the roof reveals a condition nobody could see during the inspection, the extra work is, where required, written up as a change order that you approve before it goes ahead.
Step 3: final walkthrough and warranty documentation with the homeowner
  1. Final review and warranty support. After the work is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough to review the finished project with you. We clean the work area, address any remaining questions, and provide your warranty documentation.
