  • To respond to your call, email or message and to schedule an inspection.

  • To provide warranty documentation and support after the job.
  • To apply for permits and register product warranties when your project needs them.

We do not use your information for automated decisions about you, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Cookies and your choices

When you first visit, a banner asks for your consent. Only Essential cookies run until you choose otherwise: Accept All turns every category on, Only Essential and Decline keep the others off, and Preferences lets you pick category by category. Your choice is remembered for 365 days.

Who receives personal information

We share personal information only with the businesses that help us run the website and do your job, and only for those purposes:

  • Website hosting and delivery: our host (GoDaddy) and our content delivery and security network (Cloudflare) process every page request, including your IP address. Our host also loads a page-performance script that records how fast pages load and which marked buttons are clicked.
  • Google: fonts on this site load from Google’s servers, embedded maps come from Google Maps (after your consent), and our email account is a Google Gmail account, so Google processes the emails you send us.
  • Review display: our location pages show our Google reviews through Trustindex, which loads the reviews and reviewer images from its own and Google’s servers.
  • People who help deliver your project: roofing material manufacturers when a product warranty is registered for your roof, and the local building department when your project needs a permit.
  • Professional advisers and authorities: our insurers, accountants and lawyers when needed, and government agencies or courts when the law requires it.
  • A future owner of the business: if Infinity Roofers Inc. is sold or merged, customer records may pass to the new owner under this policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not give it to other companies for their own marketing.

Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and tracking by other sites

Our website does not change its behavior when a browser sends a Do Not Track signal, because there is no common standard for what it should do. Instead, everything outside the Essential category stays off until you accept it.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, our cookie tool reads it, and we treat it as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.

When your browser loads fonts from Google or pages through Cloudflare, and when you allow Google Maps or other third-party content to load, those companies receive your IP address and browser details and may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites under their own privacy policies. We do not run advertising pixels or ad-targeting tools on this website.

How long we keep information

  • Inquiries that do not become a job: while we work on your request and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back to us, then deleted.
  • Project and customer records: for as long as the work’s warranty runs and as long as contractor, tax and insurance record-keeping rules require.
  • Website and security logs: kept by our host and Cloudflare for the periods their own policies set.
  • Cookies: for the times shown in the cookie table above.

Your California privacy rights

California residents have these rights under the CCPA. We honor them for any California resident who asks:

  • Right to know: ask what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we use it and who received it, and get a copy of it.
  • Right to delete: ask us to delete it, except what the law requires us to keep, such as records of a contract we performed.
  • Right to correct: ask us to fix information that is wrong.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell personal information. Marketing cookies, the only feature here that could count as sharing for advertising, stay off unless you turn them on, and you can turn them off again with the cookie choices link above or a GPC signal.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: we do not collect sensitive personal information through this website or use it to infer anything about you.
  • Right to non-discrimination: you will not get a different price or a different level of service for using any of these rights.

How to make a request

Email infinityroofersinc@gmail.com, write to us at the address above, or use any of the ways to reach us on our contact page, and tell us which right you want to use. To protect you, we confirm your identity by matching details you give us, such as your name, phone number and the property address, with what we already hold; we will never ask for sensitive information to do this. You may also use an authorized agent; we may ask for your signed permission and confirm it with you directly.

California law gives a business 45 calendar days to answer a verified request, and allows one extension of another 45 days when we tell you the reason. The same contacts work if you simply want to review or update the information we hold about you.

Step 3: final walkthrough and warranty documentation with the homeowner

Children's privacy

This website is for adults arranging roofing work. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

How we protect information

Every page of this website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection (plain HTTP requests are redirected to it), and the site runs behind Cloudflare’s security network. We use project records only for the purposes in this policy. No website or email system is completely secure, so please send only what we need to help you.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to Instagram, YouTube, Yelp, Google and the Contractors State License Board. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them. The Terms and Conditions for using this website are on a separate page.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with a new effective date at the top. If a change is material, such as a new use of your information, we also say so at the top of this page when the new version is posted.
