Guides by Bar Tzidon

How these guides are written
Each guide answers the question in its first lines, then explains the details a homeowner needs to act on it. Rules about codes, permits and programs come from the official source (the state code, the building department, the state agency), and each guide lists those sources with the date they were checked and shows when it was last updated. Prices are not printed unless the company can stand behind them; the guides explain what drives a price instead.
